The designs centralized around a courtyard as the focal point of the house with other spaces evolve around it. The taller part of the building was planned at the rear of the house to give shades. And the front of the courtyard was planned with a single storey to give access for natural lights. This balance of the two masses created a simple and modern yet interesting space for the home. The courtyard was covered with skylight that allows the natural light to flow into the house, interweaving the indoor spaces with the external.
